I studied Neuroscience in my undergrad life at Indiana University. I then studied at Boston University, obtaining my Masters’s in Health Sciences. My passions for the human body have always been reflected in my life. I served as a dental assistant, pharmaceutical assistant, clinical informatics specialist, and currently as a certified personal trainer with the American Council of Exercise. Along with personal training, I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology to become a Sports Psychologist. I am just as passionate about the mind and mental health as I am about the physical human body. My ultimate goal is to help people physically, but emotional and spiritual health is just as, if not more important. Because of my medical background, I specialize in handling various health conditions, whether chronic or injury and have had success with several of my clients’ rehabilitation processes that have gone through different surgery types. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone, strengthen, recover or feel better about your body, I believe I can help you create a space for holistic health that is grounded in sports medicine research and allows you to change your perspective about turning fitness from a hobby to becoming a lifestyle.

Fitness is not only a lifestyle of my mine, but also a passion. I started working out at the age of 18, right after I graduated high-school. Originally my major going into college was Audio egineering believe it or not.. It was not too much longer later I discovered exercise science was the right major for me. Growing up I always had low self-confidence and always limited myself with excuses. Once I began to workout, it changed my life. I started to build confidence in myself and started to go above and beyond my own self imposed limitations. This in turned made me want to learn everything there is to fitness and all of its benefits both physically and mentally. This made me want to share my passion with others and show people they can improve themselves both mentally and physically through fitness.I have been training for over two years now, and my passion still remains the same for fitness. My goal is to help people build confidence in themselves and their abilities to succeed through fitness and strive to help them overcome their limits and eliminate all excuses!

I was a member of the U.S. National Taekwondo team under Grand Master Koang Woong Kim. I know how to motivate and bring the most effort when it comes to personal training. My passion is helping my clients achieve victory thru sports, fitness and nutrition. Our gym is fully equipped with the latest equipment and tools to help you achieve success.
