A: Yes. Furthermore any member or guest who knowingly allows a non-member or guest to enter the facilities without checking in at the front desk is subject to an automatic cancellation of their membership with a $175 cancellation fee.

A: Yes. All non-members must sign a guest waiver. Unaccompanied guests must leave photo ID at our front desk so we know who you are. If you do not have a value membership, a daily fee of $30 will be required. For those accompanied by one of our current members the cost will be $7. Please contact the front desk with any additional questions regarding. During these uncertain times guest passes are only available wednesdays & friday until further notice.

A: You will be charged a fee of $15 to replace it.

A: Members must be 18 years of age. Guests must be 16 and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

A: All members are required to use their assigned access cards/fobs. These not only provide access to the club but activate additional services and provide check-in based on your membership. They also provide extra security during unstaffed hours.

A: No. Members are not allowed to loan their card/fob out or swipe on behalf of another member. Furthermore, upon entry/exit, you must not allow access to the club to any other member or non-member. If unauthorized entry is gained you are required to notify nearest the staff member or contact the club by phone. Any violation of this policy will result in termination of membership and a cancellation fee of $175. Likewise for any member who loans their ID card to another person. Offenders are subject to criminal trespassing charges. For additional clarification of this policy please contact our front desk staff.

A: Yes. Dry, closed-top athletic shoes must be worn. No street shoes or sneakers, dress shoes, boots or sandals are permitted. Please bring gym shoes and change before working out. Please do not wear jeans.

A: Yes, but we appreciate you keeping cell phone use to a minimum. If you need to take a call or answer an urgent email/text, please move away from the equipment and allow others to use the piece you are on.

A: No. Oak Park BodyWorks trainers are the only trainers allowed to train members within the club.

A: No. Only water in a non-glass bottle or container is allowed in the fitness area.

A: Yes. Lockers are for day use only: please do not leave a lock on a locker or we will cut it off. Whilst on the premises leave all personal belongings in a locker. We cannot hold personal items behind the desk or in the office.

A: If something does not belong to you, please don’t take it. If you do forget something, check the lost and found bin. Items will be discarded or donated at the end of each calendar month.

A: Yes we’re open on holidays, but this is for members only. If you’re not a member, please note that we might modify operating hours or be closed on some national holidays including New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Notice will be posted in advance in the club as well as on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages.
